Questions about price
Is the free account really free?
Yes. Up to 40 approved facts, 1 document, 1 connected assistant and 1,000 assistant questions a month, with no credit card and no time limit.
What counts as a fact?
One approved piece of information: your Saturday hours, your call-out fee, a service you offer, an answer to a common question. Many small businesses fit within 40.
What happens if I go over 40 facts on the free account?
Nothing is deleted. You are asked to upgrade before you add more, and everything you have already approved keeps working.
What if my assistants go over 1,000 questions on the free account?
They keep working: for the rest of the month they politely say a question isn't covered instead of answering from your facts. Upgrading lifts the limit straight away.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. The full account is month to month at $9.99 plus GST ($10.99 including GST), and you can cancel at any time.
Do agencies pay more?
No. Each client workspace is the same $9.99 plus GST a month, and each client can start on the free account.
